What we buy

We buy:

• New unopened OEM ink and toner cartridges. OEM cartridges are original or genuine cartridges made by the printer manufacturer.
• Cartridges with damage to the packing box but are still factory sealed, new and unused.
• Expired cartridges, however the expiry date affects what we are able to payout depending how old your cartridges are.

We do not accept:

• Used cartridges. If you have used cartridges, please recycle them at your local recycling centre.
• Fully opened cartridges. If the last bit of factory packaging plastic has been removed or opened we cannot accept these cartridges.
• Remanufactured cartridges. These are previously used and empty cartridges which have been refurbished and refilled with ink or toner.
• Compatible cartridges. These are cartridges made by third party manufacturers not the original printer manufacturer.
• Ink subscription service cartridges. These include cartridges from HP Instant ink service and similar services from other printer manufacturers.
